Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu [1,300m]
Upon you arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International airport, the Himalayan Frozen Adventure Team will be waiting for you. Our professional trekking guide warmly welcomes you. After meeting together the guide will drop you in your Hotel. In the evening short time, we’ll talk about your trip. If you feel free then you can visit our company and tourism hub Thamel bazaar.

Day 02:Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola [710m, 8/9 hours]
After having breakfast in the Hotel, drive toward Soti Khola via Dhading Besi. The drive will cross beautiful villages, amazing landscapes, green hills, terraces fields, and rivers. After leaving Dhading Besi and Arughat, finally, you reach Soti Khola where we spend overnight in Lodge.

Day 03:Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola [900m, 6/7 hours]
After having breakfast in Soti Khola lodge, you walk through the land of amazing landscapes with beautiful villages and enjoy the stunning waterfall then walk along Machhi Khola. Leaving terrace rice fields you will walk ascent to the rocky stone ridges. Likewise, the trail crosses suspension bridges and beautiful valleys, then you reach Machcha Khola village.

Day 04:Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat [1,410m, 6/7 hours]
After having breakfast, the trail leaves the Machcha Khola village and you walk along the Budi river valley with Khorlabesi. After short ascends the trail descends to popular hot-spring, where we can enjoy a few minutes. Again you can climb over to cross the Budhi Gandaki suspension bridge, there you can get to see natural surrounded landscapes and awesome mountains view. Leaving the Doban village you reach Jagat where you stay overnight

Day 05:Trek from Jagat to Deng [1,804m, 6/7 hours]
After having breakfast, trekking toward Deng village. leaving the Jagat you start ascent way to Sirdibas and continue to walk towards Ghatta Khola and Phillim, where you see an amazing waterfall and beautiful Gurung traditional valleys. Crossing the long suspension bridge trail leads through amidst maize fields, Ekle Bhatti valley, and Budhi Gandaki, bamboo forests. After leaving Deng Khola, finally, you reach Deng village.

Day 06:Trek from Deng to Namrung [2,630m, 6/7 hours]
After having breakfast in Deng village lodge, trekking goes through Budhi Gandaki valley, Rana, the forest of rhododendron with pine, and small traditional villages. Similarly, you cross a suspension bridge and pass the Mani stones with prayer flags. Then the trail follows Prok village, dense forests, and Gompas. On the way, you can see wonderful mountains views of Siring Himal, Ganesh Himal, and Himal Chuli. After walking for 6 and 7 hours you reach Namrung village.

Day 07:Trek from Namrung to Samagaon [3,530m, 6/7 hours]
After having breakfast, you ahead toward Samagaon. Today you can get to see close Manaslu range and delightful landscape. leaving Namrung you walk through the Pungyen glaciers and follow yak pasture with Gompa, then you can enjoy mesmerizing views of Himalayans and valleys. After the short ascent, you descend to Samagaun where you stay overnight.

Day 08:Acclimatization or Rest day in Samagaon [3,530m]
Today is our first acclimatize day of this Manaslu Circuit Trek 14 Days, which makes your body fitness for altitude. After breakfast, you can explore the beautiful valley Samagaon, Pungyen Gompa, glaciers, Birendra Tal, and Anie Gompa. Likewise, your guide leads you to Manaslu Base Camp and back to Samagaon.

Day 09:Trek from Samagaon to Samdo [3,860m, 4/5 hours]
After breakfast, trekking begins toward Samdo. Leaving Samagaon trail follows the Budhi Gandaki River and cross a suspension bridge. On the way, there you can enjoy beautiful landscapes, waterfalls, hills, and a traditional valley. At last, you reach the Samdo, where you stay overnight in the local lodge.

Day 10:Trek from Samdo to Dharamsala or Base Camp [4,460m, 4/5 hours]
After having breakfast in Samdo lodge begins trekking towards Dharamsala or Base Camp. During the trek, you can see the magnification landscape and Manaslu glacier, then you will cross the streams with local ancient market Larkey Bazaar, Budhi Gandaki bridge, and stone arch. Leaving a border of Tibet trail you reach Dharamsala of the base camp of Larkya La Pass.

Day 11:Trek from Dharamsala to Larkya La Pass [5,160m/16,924ft] and Bimtang [3,720m, 8/9 hours]
Today is the most exciting day of this Manaslu circuit trek, you are going to cross the Larkya La Pass. After having breakfast you leave Dharamsala and ascent to northside valley glacier, where you get to see naturally surrounded landscapes of hills. Crossing the rock steep you reach the top of the Larkya La Pass. From here, you see mesmerized Himalayan views of Himlung, Cheo, Kanggru, Annapurna, and Manaslu glacier. After passing Larkya La you descend Bimtang.

Day 12:Trek from Bimtang to Dharapani [1,960m, 7/8 hours]
After having breakfast, trekking goes through the small villages, narrow of two hills, rhododendron with oaks forests, and enter the Annapurna Circuit Trek route. Leaving the Dudh Khola and scrub forests, you reach Dharapani where we stay overnight.

Day 13:Drive from Dharapani to Beshishar [800m, 5/6 hours]
After having a delicious breakfast in Dharapani, you will take the short and scenic drive to Besisahar. On the drive, you can pass the beautiful villages, rhododendron forests, narrow valleys, and fields. leaving the Dudh Khola valley you arrive in Besisahar after 5 to 6 hours of driving.

Day 14:Drive from Beshishar to Kathmandu [1,350m, 7/8 hours]
After having a sweet breakfast in Besi Sahar, you drive through the banks of Marsyangdi with Trishuli River, terrace farms, beautiful scenery, rice fields, and mountain hills. After a long and scenic drive, you reach Kathmandu city then you head to the Hotel. In the evening, we enjoy together successful trip farewell dinner in a Nepal restaurant.
